BULLION GOLD CORP. ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO IT’S MANAGEMENT AND
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Vancouver, November 16, 2020. The management of Bullion Gold Resources Corp. (“The Company” or “Bullion
Gold”) announces the re signation of Mr. Chris Cooper as President and CEO, effective today. The Company
announces the nomination of Mr Jonathan Hamel as President and CEO effective today and as Interim Chief Financial
Officer following the resignation of Mr Randy Minhas on November 9th 2020. Mr Hamel will also join the Board of
Directors. The Company also announces the nomination of Mr Gilles Laverdière, P. Geo, as Director.
A rising figure in the Canadian mining industry, Mr. Hamel has contributed to the rise of Vanstar Mining Resources
(TSX.V: VSR) where he is serving as director since 2018 and as Interim President and CEO since last August. In addition
to his 20 years of management experience that has taken him around the world, Mr. Hamel also acts as an Associate
Researcher at the Montreal Economic Institute as well as Guest Lecturer at École des dirigeants - HEC Montréal. Mr
Hamel is a member on the Financial Innovation Committee of L’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (Québec) since
2017. “I am excited to join Bullion Gold at this historic time for the gold exploration ind ustry in Canada. There are
many investment opportunities in the sector, and I intend, together with the Board of Directors, to build a portfolio
of properties that will create value for the shareholders of the company.” Said Jonathan Hamel, President and CEO

Gilles Laverdiere is a qualified person under NI 43 -101 and consulting geologist to exploration mining companies
since 2013. From 2011 to 2013, he was senior consulting geologist for Merrex Gold Inc. where he was in charge in
developing a gold project in Mali within a joint venture with Iamgold Inc. From 2006 to 2010, he was a consulting
geologist in charge of planni ng and supervising drilling projects in Northwestern Quebec and writing 43 -101
geological reports. He as been a Director of Vanstar Mining Resources Inc (TSX -V : VSR) from 2014 to 2018 and is
currently a Director of Fokus Mining Corp. (TSX-V : FKM). From 1998 to 2006, he was CEO of HMZ Metals Inc. where
he acquired mining assets in China and listed the Company through an IPO on the TSX. From 1985 to 1997, he has
been part of senior management and on the Board of many public mining companies where he evaluat ed mining
prospects, negotiated and structured financing for various mining companies in Canada, the Philippines, Brazil,
Nevada. From 1978 to 1984, he was a geologist with a focus on gold exploration in Northwestern Quebec.
