ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – September 1, 2020 – Bullion Gold Resources

Corp. (“Bullion Gold ” or the “Company”) (TSXV: BGD) announces that its annual general

meeting of shareholders will be held at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) on November 5, 2020 at Suite

1500, 1055 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. This news release is being issued

at the request of the TSX Venture Ex change (the “ Exchange”) as the Company is in default of

Exchange Policy 3.2, section 4.1 with respect to holding the annual general meeting of

shareholders within 15 months from the Company's last meeting.
