UNITY WITHDRAWS ESPIOR PROPERTY ACQUISITION

June 20 , 2017 — Unity Energy Corp. (TSX.V:UTY) (“Unity” or the “Company”) announces that it has

withdrawn its agreement with an arm’s length vendor to acquire a 100% interest in the Espior Gold

Project (the “Project”), located in the Val -d’Or mining camp, Quebec. The Company has elected to

withdraw the acquisition.
