UNITY METALS TO CHANGE NAME TO ACADEMY METALS

Vancouver, Canada – August 19, 2019 – Unity Metals Corp. (“Unity” or the “Company”) (TSX-

V: UTY) is pleased to announce that it will change its name from “Unity Metals Corp.” to “Academy

Metals Inc.” In connection with the name change, the Company will also change its stock symbol

to “AM”. Effective at the market open on August 21, 2019, the common shares of the Company

will commence trading under the new name and stock symbol.
