Vancouver, Canada – December 13, 2018 - Unity Energy Corp. (“Unity” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: UTY)

wishes to clarify that it’s news release of December 12th announcing the engagement of Musterknaben

GmbH was issued in error. The Company was in discussions with Musterknaben GmbH to provide investor

relations services, but has been unable to reach an agreement on terms acceptable to the Company. The

Company has not entered into an agreement with Musterknaben GmbH nor does it intend to proceed with

the engagement of Musterknaben GmbH to provide investor relations services.
