NEWS RELEASE

BEDFORD METALS COMPLETES AIRBORNE SURVEY AT SHEPPARD LAKE URANIUM PROJECT

May 9th, 2025—Bedford Metals Corp. (TSX-V: BFM, FWB: O8D, ISIN: CA0762301012) (the “ Company” or

“Bedford”) is pleased to announce the successful completion of a MobileMT airborne electromagnetic

survey at its wholly owned Sheppard Lake Uranium Project, located on the southern margin of

Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin.

The survey, conducted by Expert Geophysics, utilized advanced MobileMT technology to collect high-

resolution geoelectrical data capable of imaging to depths of up to 1 kilometer. This cutting-edge

heliborne system is highly effective at delineating subsurface conductors within magnetic breaks—key

geophysical signatures associated with uranium mineralization in the Athabasca Basin. A total of 747 line-

kilometers were flown at 100-meter line spacing, covering the entire Sheppard Lake property.

Peter Born, President of Bedford, stated: "The completion of this project-wide geophysical survey

represents a major step forward for our exploration efforts at Sheppard Lake. The scale and precision of

this survey reflect both our confidence in the property's potential and our commitment to methodical,

data-driven advancement. The insights we gain from this program will directly inform our upcoming

groundwork and drill targeting."

Bedford is committed to conducting all exploration activities in an environmentally responsible manner.

The Company operates in alignment with best environmental practices and maintains active collaboration

with local indigenous communities and regional stakeholders. Respectful engagement and transparent

communication are central to Bedford’s approach, ensuring that its work supports both sustainable

development and community interests.

Further updates will be provided as results from the geophysical survey are interpreted and preparations

for the next phase of exploration progress.
