NEWS RELEASE

BEDFORD METALS COMMENCES AIRBORNE SURVEY AT SHEPPARD LAKE URANIUM PROJECT

April 29, 2025—Bedford Metals Corp. (TSX-V: BFM, FWB: O8D, ISIN: CA0762301012) (the “ Company” or

“Bedford”) is pleased to announce the commencement of a MobileMT airborne electromagnetic survey

at its wholly owned Sheppard Lake Uranium Project, located on the southern edge of Saskatchewan’s

Athabasca Basin.

The heliborne survey, conducted by Expert Geophysics, utilizes state-of-the-art MobileMT technology

capable of capturing geoelectrical activity at depths of up to 1 kilometer, with exceptional spatial and

resistivity resolution. This advanced system has been successfully employed to delineate subsurface

conductors along magnetic breaks — a classic geophysical signature associated with uranium

mineralization in the Athabasca Basin.

The survey will cover up to 747 line-kilometers at 100-meter line spacing, encompassing the entire

Sheppard Lake project area.

Peter Born, President of Bedford, commented: "We are very excited to initiate this project-wide airborne

program at Sheppard Lake. The scale of this effort reflects our confidence in the property's potential and

our commitment to advancing it aggressively. With a strong combination of cutting-edge geophysics,

satellite analysis, and promising early field results, we believe this program will significantly advance our

understanding of the project and sharpen our focus for the next phase of drilling."

Bedford remains firmly committed to responsible mineral exploration. All work will be carried out with

strict adherence to environmental best practices and in close collaboration with local indigenous

communities and regional stakeholders. The Company places a high priority on sustainable development

and maintaining respectful, transparent relationships with those affected by its operations.

Further updates will be provided as the program progresses and preliminary results become available.
