VANCOUVER—February 20, 2019— New Point Exploration Corp. (CSE: NP / OTC: NPEZF / FSE: 4NP )
(“New Point” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that effective at the opening on Thursday,
February 21, 2019, the Company’s shares will commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange
under the new name KOPR Point Ventures Inc. (pronounced “Copper”) and symbol KOPR.
