New Point Announces Share Consolidation
VANCOUVER—January 11, 2019— New Point Exploration Corp. (CSE: NP / OTC: NPEZF / FSE: 4NP) (“New
Point” or the “Company”) announces it plans to Consolidate all of the Company's issued and outstanding
common shares on the basis of ten (10) pre-consolidation shares for one (1) post-consolidated share.
The rollback is necessary to attract new capital and position the Company to undertake future
transactions. New Point understands that to be successful it needs to identify new opportunities, attract
capital, and bring joint venture partners to assist in the exploration of its property portfolio. Currently,
the Company is low on cash, and therefore reco gnizes that small undercapitalized companies need to
consolidate to be successful.
New point currently has 66,175,100 common shares issued and outstanding and, upon the consolidation
being completed, will have 6 ,617,510 common shares issued and outstanding . The Company does not
intend to change its name in connection with the consolidation, although its CUSIP number and ISIN will
change.
