NEWS RELEASE
KOPR Point Secures DTC Eligibility
VANCOUVER—May 14, 2019— KOPR Point Ventures Inc. (CSE: KOPR / OTC: NPEZF / FSE:
4NP) (“KOPR Point” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has achieved DTC
eligibility for its common shares from The Depository Trust Company, effective May 8, 2019.
The DTC is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. (DTCC), and manages the
electronic clearing and settlement for the vast majority of publicly traded equities and other
securities in the United States. Securities that are eligible to be electronically cleared and settled
through DTC are considered DTC eligible. This electronic method of clearing securities speeds
up the receipt of stock and cash, and thus accelerates the settlement process for investors.
The Company expects to receive approval for its listing on the OTCQB Venture Market in the
near term and will update shareholders once it is received.
