VANCOUVER—December 4, 2019— KOPR Point Ventures Inc. (CSE: KOPR / OTC: NPEZF / FSE:
4NP) (“KOPR Point” or the “Company”) is pleased to confirm the effective date for the name
and symbol change, as announced on December 2, 2019.
Effective at the opening on Thursday, December 5 , 2019, the shares of the Company will
commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the name “Bam Bam Resources
Corp.” and stock symbol “BBR”.
