Kopr Extends Land Package at Majuba Hill

Corporate Updates

NEWS RELEASE

KOPR  EXTENDS  LAND  PACKAGE  AT  MAJUBA  HILL

VANCOUVER—September  12,  2019—  KOPR  Point  Ventures  Inc.  (CSE:  KOPR  /  OTC:  NPEZF  /  FSE:

4NP)  (“KOPR  Point”  or  the  “Company”)  offers  an  exploration  update  on  the  Majuba  Hill  Copper

Project.

Upon  review  and  consideration,  KOPR  Point  has  acquired  additional  public  land  at  the  Majuba

Hill  Property,  located   in   Pershing   County,   Nevada,  USA.     The  Company   has   staked   35  new

unpatented  lode  claims  in  Section  10,  T32N/R31E.    This  brings  the  project  to  4,821  total  acres

controlled  by  unpatented  lode  claims,  patented  lode  claims,  and  privately  owned  land.

Geologic   review   and   geophysical   surveys   completed   by   KOPR   Point   indicated   a   broad

southwesterly   trend   to   the   mineralization   that   has   never   been   explored.     Key   features

associated  with  the  known  copper  mineralization  include:

• Distinct  southwest  trend  of  the  mineralized  intrusive  rocks.

• Known   copper   mineralization   occurs   south   and   southwest   of   a   large   magnetic   low

identified   from   KOPR   Point’s   ground   magnetic   survey   work.   No   drilling   has   ever   been

done  south  or  southwest  of  the  magnetic  lows.

• IP   survey   lines   by   KOPR   Point   defined  a   strong   southwest   chargeability   high   directly

associated  with  sulfide  copper  intercepts  in  historic  drill  hole  MMX-‐24.  No  other  drilling

has  ever  been  done  along  the  chargeability  high.

• Detailed  grade  contouring  of  all  drill  assays  in  the  oxide  portion  of  the  known  copper

mineralization  show  the  copper  grades  increasing  to  the  southwest.

There   has   never   been   any   drilling   or   modern   exploration   work   along   in   this   broad   southwest

zone.

The   company   would   also   like   to   inform   shareholders   that   samples   will  be   sent   to   test   the

feasibility   and   application   of   a   “Cement   Copper”   production   process   for   the   Majuba   Hill

exploration   project.   Historic   work   published   by   the   U.S.   Bureau   of   Mines   on   the   Majuba   Hill

oxide   copper   mineralization   indicated   that   the   “Cement  Copper”   process   worked   well   on

material  mined  in  the  historic  underground  workings.

Successful   application   of   this   testing   would   allow   the  Company   to   consider   a   surface-‐based

bulk   sampling   program.   Cement   Copper   is   a   known,   well-‐established   extraction   method

primarily   used   in   higher-‐grade,   oxide   mineralization   similar   to   Majuba.   The   benefit   is   a   90%+

concentrate  with  a  fraction  of  the  upfront  capital  costs.
