Thunder Bay, ON, May 15, 2020 – Benton Resources Inc. (“Benton” or the “Company”) ( TSX-V:

BEX) announces that on May 14, 2020 it acquired own ership of 24,615,884 common shares of

Clean Air Metals Inc. (the “Issuer”) pursunt to the terms of an option agreement (see the

Company’s news releases dated May 15, 2020 and May 11, 2020 for details of the transaction).

Following this acquisition Benton owns 24,615,884 c ommon shares in the capital of the Issuer

representing approximately 19.7% of the Issuer’s issued common shares. The shares were issued

at a deemed price of $0.13 per Common Share.

A report respecting this acquisition will be electronically filed with the Securities Commissions in

British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince

Edward Island, and Newfoundland and will be availab le for viewing through the Internet at the

Canadian System for Electronic Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) at www.sedar.com .
