Meeting to June 15, 2020

Thunder Bay, ON, March 31, 2020 – Benton Resources Inc. (‘Benton’ or ‘the Company’) (TSX-V: BEX)

wishes to inform its shareholders that, further to its March 16, 2020 news release, and due to the ongoing

issues surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, it has postponed its Annual General & Special Meeting

originally originally set for Friday March 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. PDT to June 15, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. PDT.

All other details of the meeting remain the same.
