Vancouver, B.C.: Prime Meridian Resources Corp. (“PMR'' or the “Company”) (TSXV: PMR) is pleased to

announce that its name change application has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Effective Tuesday March 21, 2023 the Company will commence trading under its new name, Sonoran

Desert Copper Corporation, with the symbol SDCU.V, and CUSIP 83569N108.
