CANCELS, GRANTS OPTIONS

Vancouver, B.C.: Prime Meridian Resources Corp. (“PMR'' or the “Company”) (TSX-V: PMR) announces

that it has granted 2,250,000 stock options to officers and directors of the Company. The stock options

are exercisable at $0.10, expiring November 9, 2027.

Further, the Company has cancelled 2,000,000 $0.10 stock options previously issued to consultants of the

Company.
