ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE

Vancouver, B.C.: Sonoran Desert Copper Corporation (“SDCU'' or the “Company”) (TSXV: SDCU) is

pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchage has approved the Company’s application to change its

name to BRASNOVA ENERGY MATERIALS INC. Effective August 5, 2025 the Company will commence

trading under its new name. A new stock symbol, BEM, and CUSIP (10553N109) have been assigned to

the Company’s common shares.
