WestKam Gold Corp. Appoints Market-Maker
Vancouver, BC, September 4, 2020 – WestKam Gold Corp. (TSX-V: WKG) (the “ Company” or
“WestKam ”), is pleased to announce that it has retained Integral Wealth Securities Limited (“Integral”)
to provide market making services in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange Policies.
Integral will trade the securities of WestKam on the TSX-V for the purposes of maintaining an orderly
market and improving the liquidity in the Company’s shares. In consideration of the services provided
by Integral, the Company will pay Integral a monthly cash fee of $5,000 for a minimum term of three
months and renewable thereafter. WestKam and Integral are unrelated and unaffiliated entities.
Integral will not receive shares or options as compensation. The Capital used for market making will be
provided by Integral.
