EAST ASIA ANNOUNCES IR APPOINTMENT

September 20, 2017 Symbol: EAS

The Company announces that it has retained 091377 BC Ltd. of Vancouver, BC to provide

strategic investor relations and financial communications services.

Under the terms of the agreement, East Asia Minerals will pay 091377 BC Ltd. a monthly

retainer fee of $5,000 for select strategic communications services. The contract term

commences immediately and shall expire on December 31, 2017 subject to renewal.

Neither 091377 BC Ltd nor any of its principals have an ownership interest, directly or

indirectly, in East Asia Minera ls Corporation or its securities, an d the Company has not granted

091377 BC Ltd. or its principals any right to acquire any such interests. The agreement is

subject to the approval of the Exchange.
