BARU GOLD GRANTS SHARE OPTIONS
Vancouver, BC - Baru Gold Corp (the “Company” or “Baru”) announces that it has granted an
aggregate 5,400,000 stock options to directors, emp loyees and consultants of the C ompany in
accordance with the provisions of the Company's stock option pl an, subject to the approval of the
TSX Venture Exchange. Each optio n entitles the holder to purcha s e o n e c o m m o n s h a r e o f t h e
Company at an exercise price of $0.055 for a two-year period expiring December 12, 2026.
The Company also announces that it has granted an aggregate amount of 1,460,000 stock options to
Karen Dyczkowski, CFO of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Company's stock
option plan, subject to the approv al of the TSX Venture Exchang e. Each option entitles the holder
to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise pric e of $0.07 for a two-year period
expiring December 12, 2026.
Insiders of the Company participation in the foregoing grant of securities constitutes a "related party
transaction" as defined under Multilateral I nstrument 61-101 Protection of Minority Security
Holders in Special Transactions (“MI 61-101 ”). Such participation is exempt from the formal
valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements of MI 61-101 as neither the fair market
value of the securities acquired by the insiders, nor the consideration for the securities paid by such
insiders, exceed 25% of the Company's market capitalization.
ABOUT SANGIHE GOLD PROJECT
The Sangihe Gold Project (“Sangihe”) is located on the Indonesi an island of Sangihe, off the
northern coast of Sulawesi. Sangihe has two existing National I nstrument 43-101 reports with over
1 million oz of gold resource identified (inferred mineral reso urce of 1,022,987 and 114,700
indicated ounces of gold), as re ported in the Company's “Indepe ndent Technical Report: Sangihe
Property” (Caracle Creek International Consulting Inc, Septembe r 22nd, 2010) and “Independent
Technical Report on the Mineral Resource Estimates of the Binebase and Bawone Deposits, Sangihe
Project, North Sulawesi, Indonesia” (Mining Associates Pty Ltd, May 30, 2017).

The Company's 70-percent interest in the Sangihe-mineral-teneme nt Contract of Work (“CoW”) is
held through PT. Tambang Mas Sangihe (“TMS”). The remaining 30-percent interest in TMS is held
by other Indonesian corporations. The term of the Sangihe CoW a greement is 30 years upon
commencement of the production phase of the project.
Baru has met all the requirements of the Indonesian government and has been granted its
environmental permit.
