BLENDE SILVER CORP. WARRANT AMENDMENTS (Clarification)

December 30, 2025

Vancouver, Canada – Blende Silver Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX -V: BAG) clarifies the expiry dates on

proposed warrant amendments as follows: 8,062,500 warrants exercisable at $0.20 set to expire

December 29, 2025 are repriced to $0.11 and extended to December 28, 2026 similarly 450,000 warrants

exercisable at $0.20 set to expire January 15, 2026 are repriced to $0.1 1 and extended to January 1 4,

2027. The warrant amendments are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
