Vancouver, Canada – Blende Silver Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX.V: BAG) further to the non-
brokered Private Placement announce d November 19, 2021 the Company has been granted a
30 day extension by the TSX-V exchange for closing.
The proceeds from the private placement will be used to advance the Blende property and for
general working capital. The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval
and all securities are subject to a four month hold period. Finder’s fees may be payable in
connection with the private placement, all in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture
Exchange.
