BCM Resources Corp. Closes Financing
Vancouver, BC, May 9, 2022 - At the request of the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV” or the “Exchange”),
BCM Resources Corporation (TSX -V: B) (the “Company”) wishes to clarify its new release dated May 2,
2022. Due to a procedural error, the Company completed its previously announced non -brokered
private placement financing for gross proceeds of C$2,200,000 (the “Private Placement”) without
obtaining conditional acceptance of the TSXV. The Private Placement consisted of a total of 10,000,000
units (“Units”) priced at C$0.22 per Unit. Each unit was comprised of one common share of the
Company (a “Share”) and one share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each whole Warrant entitled the
holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of C$0.33 for one year from the date
of issue. The Private Placement remains subject to the approval by the Exchange.
