Aztec Minerals Announces DTC Eligibility of its Common Shares in the
United States
Vancouver, Canada – March 21, 2022 - Aztec Minerals Corp. (AZT: TSX-V, OTCQB: AZZTF) announces that
its common shares traded in the United States under the symbol AZZTF on the OTCQB are now Depository
Trust Company ("DTC") eligible.
DTC, a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, manages the electronic clearing and
settlement of p ublicly-traded companies. Securities that are eligible to be electronically cleared and
settled through DTC are considered "DTC eligible". This electronic method of clearing securities speeds
up the receipt of stock and cash, accelerating the settlement process for investors and brokers, enabling
the stock to be traded over a much wider selection of brokerage firms.
Obtaining DTC eligibility for Aztec common shares increas es visibility and accessibility for current and
potential shareholders in the United States. It enables Aztec to expand its reach to a larger portion of the
global investment community, while providing a more efficient and seamless trading process.
