CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 18, 2019- Arizona Silver Exploration

Inc. (the “Company” or “Arizona Silver”) (TSX-V: AZS) (OTCQB:

AZASF) Arizona Silver reports today that Mr. Scott Hean, Chairman and a

director of the Company, has resigned, effective immediately, to address

personal health concerns. The company supports his decision and would

like to thank Scott for his dedicated service with Arizona Silver Exploration

and the valuable knowledge and experience he contributed during his

tenure. Board members would also like to extend our thoughts to Scott and

his family at this time.

The company would also like to announce that Mr. Brady Stiles has been

elected to the Board of Directors. The company is confident that Brady’s

proficiencies, experience and perspective will be of great value to Arizona

Silver Exploration. We welcome Brady to the team.
