Angelina Mehta
works with Paradigm Capital Inc. as a Senior Advisor in Investment Banking. She was formerly an investment manager at The
Sentient Group, a private equity fund focused on natural resources. She gained both technical and corporate experience with Rio Tinto's
subsidiary, Iron Ore Company of
Canada
. She also worked in financial roles with BMO in
Toronto
, and Lafarge and CN Railway in
Montreal
.
Mrs. Mehta holds a degree in Mining Engineering and a MBA from
McGill University
in
Montreal
, and is also pursuing a Master of Laws at
York
University
. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors for several publicly listed junior mining companies.

is a
professional engineer registered in
Quebec
, a founding member of Women in Mining (WIM)

, and on the WIM Canada Board.
Azimut has granted a total of 50,000 stock options to Mrs. Mehta with an exercise price of
