Montreal – Quebec May 20, 2010 ‐ Maya Gold & Silver Inc. (TSX‐V: MYA) announced today that Mr. Mackenzie I. Watson has resigned as a director of the Corporation for personal reason, effective immediately. Mr. Réjean Gosselin, Executive Chairman of the Board  stated  "On  behalf  of  the  Board,  I  wish  to  thank  Mr.  Watson  for  his  valuable contribution during the last two years".
