THUNDERSTRUCK EXTENDS WARRANT EXPIRY DATE
March 2, 2021 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Thunderstruck Resources Ltd. (the “Company”; TSX-V:
AWE, OTC: THURF) announces that it has extended the expiry date of an aggregate 5,250,000
outstanding share purchase warrants. The subject warrants were originally issued on March 13, 2018
with an original expiry date of March 31, 2021. The new expiry date will provide a two year extension to
the warrants such that they will expire on March 13, 2023. The warrants continue to be exercised at
their original exercise price of $0.15.
The amendment to the terms of the warrants is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval
