Thunderstruck Corporate Update

October 31, 2024 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Thunderstruck Resources Ltd. (the

“Company”) is pleased to provide the following corporate updates.

Mr. Bobby Dhaliwal has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective

October 31, 2024. The Company thanks Mr. Dhaliwal for his valuable contributions during

his tenure with the Company and wishes him well in his future projects.

Mr. Wilson Michael, who held the role previously, has been appointed as the Company’s

Chief Financial Officer to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Dhaliwal.

In addition, the Company also wishes to announce that it granted 1,850,000 stock options in

accordance with its stock option plan to directors and consultants, with each option being

exercisable into one common share at a price of 0.065 cents per share for a period of 10 years.
