Thunderstruck announces the Passing of Chief Financial Officer

August 1, 2025 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Thunderstruck Resources Ltd. (The

“Company”) (TSXV: AWE).

It is with sincere regret that the Company announces the passing of Wilson Michael, who

served as the Company’s CFO and in other accounting and administrative capacities since

2021.

“Wilson was well loved and respected by everyone who had the privilege to work or spend

time with him,” commented Bryce Bradley. “He was stoic throughout his lengthy health

battles, never complained, always had a sense of humour and sharp wit, and remained a loyal

and hardworking member of our team until the very end. I speak for everyone at

Thunderstruck when I say that he will be sorely missed, and we are all better people for

having known him.”

Bryce Bradley will assume the role of Interim CFO.
