Ameriwest Lithium Announces Private Placement
AMERIWEST LITHIUM ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Vancouver, BC – June 6, 2025: Ameriwest Lithium Inc. (“ Ameriwest” or the “Company”)
(CSE: AWLI) (OTC: AWLIF) (FSE: 5HV0) announces that the Company intends to complete
a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $900,000 (the “Private Placement”).
The Company plans to issue up to 9,000,000 units (each, a “Unit”), at a price of $0.10 per Unit,
with each Unit consisting of one common share the capital of the Company (each, a “Common
Share”) and one-half of one transferable Common Share purchase warrant (each, a “Warrant”).
Each full Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional C ommon Share for a
period of two years at an exercise price of $0.12 per Common Share.
Ameriwest may pay finder’s fees in connection with the Private Placement in accordance with the
policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange. The Company expects to use the proceeds of the
Private Placement for general corporate and working capital purposes, and to complete the
previously announced acquisition of the Bornite Copper Project . For additional information

All Common Shares and Warrants issuable in connection with the Private Placement will be
subject to a hold period of four months and a day in accordance with applicable Canadian securities
laws, and the closing of the Private Placement is subject to certain conditions, including the receipt
of all required regulatory approvals.
