A2ALMP) Mr. Harold (Roy) Shipes, Chairman and CEO, wishes to announce that that, further to

the Company’s press release dated January 3, 2018 , the Company has substantially completed

its due diligence on the Grund Mine Project (“Project”) and has decided not to proceed with the

acquisition of the Project, and has terminated its letter of intent with Rhenium Technology Corp.
