Altair Clarifies Technical Disclosure

Vancouver, British Columbia – June 16th , 2022: ALTAIR RESOURCES INC. (“ALTAIR” or the Company”)

(TSX-V: AVX; Germany FRA: 90A; ISIN: CA02137W2004; WKN: WKN A2ALMP) As a result of a review by

the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Company is issuing the following news release to clarify

its disclosure.

A fact sheet of January 2022 disclosed an estimated gold resource for the Marbera project and while a

technical report has been commissioned it has not been completed and accordingly the disclosure is not

supported by a technical report and the estimates should not be relied upon until the technical report is

completed.
