Altair Announces the Passing of Chairman and CEO, Harold (Roy) Shipes

DeMare, Corporate Secretary and interim CFO, regrets to announce the passing of Mr. Shipes.

The news of the passing of Mr. Shipes has been a shock to all involved with the Company. Roy was a

gentleman and worked hard to advance the development of the Company’s properties. The Board wishes to

convey our sincerest and heartfelt condolences to Mrs. Shipes and family and friends.

At this time Mr. Bruce Reid, a director of the Company, has taken on position of President and CEO.
