Sierra Madre Developments Inc. (the “Company”) announces that further to its news release of

November 15, 2018, the Company has closed its non-brokered private placement of 5,400,000

post-consolidated shares at $0.05 per share, for gross proceeds of $270,000.

In accordance with securities legislation, all securities issued under the offering will be subject to

a four-month hold period expiring July 26, 2019.
