Goldshore Announces Extension of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
VANCOUVER, B.C., March 1 8, 2025: Goldshore Resources Inc. (TSXV: GSHR / OTCQB:
GSHRF / FWB: 8X00) (“Goldshore” or the “ Company”) announces that the British Columbia
Registrar of Companies has granted the Company an extension to hold its annual general
meeting of shareholders for 2025 (the “AGM”), which it was originally required to hold by April 23,
2025. The Company is now required to hold the AGM by October 23, 2025.

depth and along strike and is one of the few remaining major Canadian gold deposits positioned
