Goldshore Announces Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer

VANCOUVER, B.C., February 3, 2025: Goldshore Resources Inc. (TSXV: GSHR / OTCQB:
GSHRF / FWB: 8X00) (“Goldshore” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce the appointment
of Erica Borgstrom as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary effective
February 1, 2025.
Erica Borgstrom will replace Marlis Yassin, who has left her executive role at Goldshore. The
Company would like to extend its sincere gratitude to Marlis for her dedicated service and valuable
contributions during her tenure and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
Erica Borgstrom is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) who brings over 15 years of
financial experience from publicly traded resource companies and the professional services
industry. Prior to joining Goldshore, Erica most recently served as Corp orate Controller of
Enerplus, a NYSE and TSX listed North American energy company. Her previous experience
spans financial reporting, public disclosure, treasury and risk management. Over her career, Ms.
Borgstrom has participated in corporate capital raises including equity, senior notes and
syndicated debt. Ms. Borgstrom started her career at KPMG and holds a Bachelor of Commerce
degree from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
