ZINCORE METALS ANNOUNCES NEW CEO
Vancouver, BC, March 31, 2023 – Zincore Metals Inc. (the “Company”) (NEX:ZNC.H) is pleased to announce the
appointment of Matthew Roma as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective March 31, 2023. Mr. Roma, a current
director of the Company, will be replacing Jorge Benav ides as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ben avides will continue to
serve as a director of the Company.
Mr. Roma is a finance executive with extensive experience working as a director and or officer to a number of venture
public companies in the natural resource sector, specializing in providing corporate finance, accounting, and capital advisory
services.
