(the “Company”) reports that 1433 line kilometres (112.69 square km) of GoldSpot

Discoveries Corp. M-PASS survey completed over the Company's Abitibi properties near La

Sarre, Quebec.

Geological reconnaissance and prospecting has also been completed on several of the

claim groups in preparation for the planning of a summer program once the final report and

data is received from Goldspot.
