GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS
Vancouver, BC, July 10, 2018 – Shoshoni Gold Inc. (SHJ:TSXV) (the “Company”) announces that
announces the grant of stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants to
purchase an aggregate of 900,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.05
per share for a period of 3 years from the grant date. The options will vest immediately as of the
date of grant.
