Exploration Update; Ownership Clarification
Vancouver, BC , September 29 , 2018 – Shoshoni Gold Inc. (SHJ:TSXV) (the “ Company”)
announces that Company is organizing a crew to commence an exploration program on its
Kirkland Creek Property, located approximately 120 kilometres northwest of Whitehorse, Yukon.
The Property is held in trust by the property vendor - Deborah Moreau. Deborah Moreau is the
common-law spouse of the Company's current CEO & Director - Glen Macdonald. At the time of
its acquisition by the Company in November of 2006, Glen Macdonald was neither a director nor
officer of the Company. The Board of Directors are comprised of: Glen Macdonald, Ken Ralfs and
Carol Macdonald. Glen Macdonald is CEO and Christopher Cherry is CFO.

world’s growing demand. The Company maintains its Kirkland’s Creek, Yukon project in good
standing.
