AUQ Establishes Lithium Exploration Division
Vancouver, BC, December 14, 2022 – AuQ Gold Mining Inc. (TSXV:AUQ; PINK:NSVLF)
(the “Company”) reports that it has reserved the corporate name of AUQ Lithium Inc. in
order to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary to hold certain lithium exploration claims in
James Bay region of Quebec. Details of the map staked claims will be provided as soon as
possible. The Company’s initiative follows the recent proclamation of the Federal
Government establishing enhanced tax treatment for lithium exploration in Canada, as they
have deemed lithium a Critical Mineral.
Further to the Press Release of December 12, 2022, the Company has executed a
Settlement Agreement with the vendor of its Saint-Sabine Project and subject to completion
of mutual obligations, the parties will be released from one another within 45 days hereof.
