Golden Minerals Files Initial NI 43-101 Technical Report for Yoquivo

GOLDEN, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 24, 2023--Golden Minerals Company (“Golden

Minerals”, “Golden” or the “Company”) (NYSE American: AUMN and TSX: AUMN)

announced today that it has filed a NI 43-101 Technical Report on an initial Mineral Resource

estimate for its Yoquivo project. The report was prepared by the independent firm of Mine

Technical Services Ltd. and has an effective date of February 24, 2023. The report is available
