Atico Mining Repays First Debenture Group Holders
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 07, 2020 -- Atico Mining Corporation (the “Company” or “Atico”) (TSX.V: ATY | OTC:
ATCMF) is pleased to announce that it has repaid, in full, its outstanding CDN$1,347,875 first tranche of debenture facility (the
"Debenture Facility") payable to first debenture group holders. The Debenture Facility was assumed by the Company as a
result of the Toachi acquisition (the "Acquisition") in September 2019.
In the following months, the Company plans to continue reducing all of the remaining debts assumed on the Acquisition, in
accordance with their respective terms.
