RESOLVE VENTURES CLOSES OVER-SUBSCRIBED FINANCING
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – OCTOBER 26, 2018 – Resolve Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: RSV)
(the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has closed an over-subscribed non-brokered private
placement financing (the “Private Placement”) for total gross proceeds of $363,000.
The Company has allotted and issued 6,600,000 common shares (the “Shares”) at a price of $0.055
per Share.
In relation to the Private Placement, the Company has paid finder’s fees of a total of $12,320 and
119,000 common shares.
The Company will use the proceeds of the Private Placement for general working capital purposes. All
securities issued under the Private Placement are subject to a four-month and one-day hold period
expiring on February 27, 2019.
