RESOLVE VENTURES ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – OCTOBER 10, 2018 – Resolve Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: RSV)
(the “Company”) announces a private placement of up to 6,000,000 common shares (the “Shares”) of
the Company at $0.055 per Share for gross proceeds of up to $330,000 (the “Offering”).
All Shares issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a hold period expiring four months
and one day after closing. Proceeds from the Offering are expected to be used for general working
capital purposes and to seek out new potential ventures. Finder’s fees may be paid in connection
with the Offering.
