RESOLVE VENTURES ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
March 29, 2017 , Vancouver, British Columbia – Resolve Ventures In c. (“ Resolve ” or the “Company ”)
is pleased to announce that it is arranging a priva te placement to raise up to $320,000. The offering
will be comprised of up to 4 million units at a pri ce of $0.08 per unit. Each unit will be comprised of
one common share and one transferable warrant, with each warrant being exercisable for the
purchase of one additional common share for a period of two years, at a price of $0.15 per share.
The Company plans to expend the proceeds of the pri vate placement on the Connell Mountain
copper property and for general working capital purposes.
The Company may pay finders’ fees in connection with the private placement.
