Atomic Minerals Closes First Tranche of Private

Placement Units

Vancouver, British Columbia, September 18, 2025 – Atomic Minerals Corporation ("ATOMIC

MINERALS" or the "Company") ( TSX Venture: ATOM) (FSE: DO80) (OTCID: ATMMF) is

pleased to announce that further to its September 5, 2025 news release, the Company has closed a first

tranche of its Private Placement and will issue 2,500,000 Units at $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of

$125,000 (the “First Tranche”) subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

In addition, a total of 1,250,000 share purchase w arrants with a one year term will be issued (each a

“Warrant”). Each Warrant may be exercised into one common share at $0.10 per common share expiring

on September 18, 2026 . Pursuant to the applicable statutory hold period, all securities to be issued

pursuant to this First Tranche may not be transferred or sold until January 19, 2026.

No finder’s fees were paid on the First Tranche.
