Ashley Gold Corp. Provides Operations Update for Ongoing Tak Drill Program

CALGARY, ALBERTA - April 20, 2026 - Ashley Gold Corp. (CSE: “ASHL”) (“Ashley” or the

“Company”) is pleased to share visuals and operational updates from its active diamond drilling program

on the 100% owned Tak Patents.

Highlights:

- Core logging and cutting well underway,

- Four holes completed,

- 62 samples, comprising the entirety of TAK-26-01, being submitted for assay as of today.

Drilling Operation Update

The following holes have been completed thus far during Phase 1 drilling.

Pad 1, Hole 1: Undercut and step back from TAK- 99-10. Logging and cutting completed.

Pad 2, Hole 2: East fan on TAK-02-02. Logging and cutting ongoing.

Pad 2, Hole 3: West fan on TAK-02-02.

Pad 3, Hole 4: North hole to test undrilled zones under the historically worked trenches.

Core Logging and Assay Update

Core logging and cutting is progressing at anticipated rates, with current focus on TAK-26-02. As

disclosed, TAK-26-01 has been logged and cut, with delivery of samples to ActLabs Dryden anticipated

for today.

TAK-26-02 Update

This hole was designed as an eastward fan of Southern Rio TAK-02-02, with a completed drill length of 200m.
