CALGARY, ALBERTA - August 25, 2026 - Ashley Gold Corp. (CSE: “ASHL”) (“Ashley” or the
“Company”) is pleased to announce that during Q1 of 2026 the Company sponsored the Lac Seul Lady
Tomahawks ice hockey team, located in the Sioux Lookout area of North-Western Ontario.

sponsored the team on behalf of Ashley Gold Corp. No cash is due to the related party.
